You can access this securely on Semble by simply entering your date of birth. It is your responsibility to notify the clinic of a change in email address.

A copy of this letter will be emailed to your registered GP if you provided their name and a secure email address for them at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to update the clinic in the event of a change of GP.

Email communication will be limited to the clarification of prescribing instructions or details of follow up requirements. No consultations will be conducted by email. If you have medical concerns regarding your symptoms or medication, you will be asked to book a Follow Up consultation.
